Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect each item before it is shipped. Because of this, we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons other than verified manufacturing defects.

Defective Items Only

Returns and refunds are only accepted if the item has an actual manufacturing defect. This does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

Reporting a Defect

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item

  • Your request must include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the defect

    • Photo and/or video evidence showing the issue

Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Approval & Shipping

If your claim is approved:

  • We will provide a return shipping label

  • You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return label

  • Items not shipped within this timeframe will forfeit eligibility for a refund

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Not altered, repaired, or further damaged

Inspection & Refunds

Once we receive the returned item:

  • The product will be inspected to confirm the manufacturing defect

  • If the defect is verified, a refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • If no defect is found, the refund will be denied and the item may be returned to you at your expense

Final Sale Items

All items are considered final sale unless a verified manufacturing defect is present.
