Pretty Knots Bow Company – Subscription Box Policy

Subscription Overview

By subscribing, you will receive a curated box of handcrafted bows each month. Styles, colors, and themes vary monthly and may include exclusive designs not available for individual purchase.

Billing & Payments

Subscriptions are billed automatically each month on the date you originally subscribed.

Payments are processed using the payment method provided at checkout.

If a payment fails, you will be notified. Your subscription will be paused until payment is successfully updated and processed.

Sales tax may apply depending on your location.

Renewals & Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellations must be completed before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

If cancellation occurs after billing has been processed, the cancellation will take effect the following month.

Shipping

Subscription boxes ship between the 1st and 10th of each month.

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and up to date prior to the next billing date.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the pre-planned and custom-curated nature of subscription boxes, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for subscription boxes.

If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo documentation so we can assist you.

Skipping a Month

If you need to skip a month, you may do so by contacting us before your next billing date.

Skip requests submitted after billing has occurred will apply to the following month.

Changes to Your Subscription

You may update your payment method, shipping address, or subscription details at any time through your customer account or by contacting us directly.

Gifting Subscriptions

Subscription boxes may be purchased as gifts. Please ensure the recipient’s shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Policy Updates

Pretty Knots Bow Company reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will apply to all active subscriptions and will be posted on our website.
