Processing & Turnaround Time

Each item has a specific turnaround time listed in the product description or bio. This turnaround time refers to the period needed to prepare, create, or process your order before it ships.

Once the stated turnaround time for your item is complete:

  • Orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days

  • Shipping time does not include the item’s turnaround or processing time

Responsibility After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Lost or missing packages

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

If your package goes missing, is delayed, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must file a claim or missing mail report directly with USPS. We are unable to replace or refund orders due to carrier-related issues.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays or losses due to address errors

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email when available.
